You can publish a document from the Document Editor directly to a Medium or Wordpress account. When you're ready to publish, click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the document, then click Publish. 

Select Medium or Wordpress, then you'll be able to enter your account information and publish to your chosen account.
