When you are setting up your profile, you may notice the "Hire Me" in the About section. You can also add more "Hire Me" buttons in the Services section. 

This button is what employers will click when they want to hire you or talk about upcoming projects based on your profile. When they click, they will add an email address and a short message. You will receive a message on Writers Work as well as an email notification. You can reply to these via email to communicate directly about writing opportunities.
